If the combination sentry safe is a fairly new model it comes with a safety key. Put the key in the key hole turn it and pull the safe door open.

There is a place where the safety key can be placed to open the safe. If the handle has slipped try keeping it in the horizontal position after you use your key to pop out the cylinder and enter your combination code and then push on it to hopefully put it back in place to catch the mechanism and open. Pull off the keypad or dial on the combination sentry safe by depressing the plastic or metal part around the safe.

It is possible there is a document jammed between the door that is keeping outward pressure on the door thus preventing the free movement of the pins to release so pushing the door inward should relieve this stress and allow the handle to move. Hi have you tried to push in the on the door then while holding press on the door turn then handle to allow the locks to release. Someone had attempted to break into the safe some time ago and ever since the handle has been loose which most likely led to the break.
